All of our products are handcrafted, and some are made to order. We aim to ship all orders within 2 - 3 working days of the order being placed

UK Orders:

Our standard postage charge is £4.00 per order Under £40. All Good

will be Posted via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Postage can upgrade al checkout for urgent delivery option.

Free Delivery within UK on order over £40.

Unfortunately , we are unable to send to BFPO addresses or PO boxes.

 

International shipping

International shipping costs will be Calculated at checkout.

Overseas International shipping is available and can take 5-10 working days for delivery depending on the shipping country's own mail service.

International order will be sent only by tracking service.

 

Customs

Customers are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. There is no way for us to predict your country's customs position, so be prepared to pay full ​Tax ​on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees​ applicable in your area.  Please keep your order confirmation emails as your customs office may require copies.  If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.
